Lx600 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the rules and conditions binding on all lx600 users. Please read it carefully before using any part of the platform.

Effective: January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the lx600 platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the lx600 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Accepting these terms is a mandatory condition for account registration, logging in, making any transactions, or using any services offered by lx600. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Lx600 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest version in effect.

2. Account Creation & Security

Registration Requirements

  1. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register an account with lx600.
  2. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time.
  3. Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
  4. Lx600 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for legal compliance purposes (KYC).
  5. Account registration by foreign nationals is subject to additional conditions based on local compliance requirements.

Account Security

  1. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account.
  2. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  3. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify lx600 immediately through the designated support channels.
  4. Lx600 will never request your password via email or any other insecure method.
  5. Transferring an account to another party is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Every lx600 user is responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  1. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraudulent conduct, or actions that violate Malaysian law.
  2. Creating fake accounts or using another person's personal information without their consent.
  3. Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate the platform's systems in any unauthorised manner.
  4. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from lx600.
  5. Distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or potentially harmful to others through this platform.
  6. Taking any action that may disrupt the normal operation of the platform or its technical infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and lx600 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy in MYR

All transactions on lx600 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. lx600 does not accept payments from third-party bank accounts or e-wallets.

Deposits will be credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment service provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected — local e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go are typically processed within minutes.

For withdrawals, users must have completed the identity verification process (KYC) before their first withdrawal request can be approved. lx600 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is fully completed.

Lx600 is not liable for any losses arising from third-party payment system failures, bank delays, or incorrect account details provided by the user.

Betting Policy

  • All bets are final once confirmed
  • Technical errors may result in bets being voided
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply
  • lx600 reserves the right to void suspicious bets
  • All disputes are resolved based on system records

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Lx600 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.

In circumstances that require account suspension or closure — including suspected fraud, breach of terms, or regulatory authority directives — lx600 reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice. Any legitimate funds remaining in a closed account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable laws.

Users agree to indemnify lx600 against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from their breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content, logos, designs, software, and materials found on lx600 are the exclusive property of lx600 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying any content without written authorisation.

The lx600 platform may contain links to third-party websites for the convenience of users. lx600 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such external websites.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
